Yes. We offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000/- across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?
  • Major cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 working days

What happens if I place an order on a weekend or public holiday?

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

What should I do if my size is not available?

If your desired size is out of stock, you may:

  • Check back on our website until it is restocked, or
  • Contact us at 0331-7975444 or contact@tldco.pk to place an order.

Out-of-stock sizes may take up to 10 working days to be ready for dispatch.

Is the advance payment refundable?

No. The 50% advance payment is non-refundable in case of order cancellation or failure to receive delivery.

How do I request a return or refund?

You must courier the product back to us.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 48–72 hours and transferred to your bank account.

Are custom-made shoes eligible for returns or refunds?

No. Custom-made shoes are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

Are there any conditions for returning shoes?

Yes. Returned shoes must:

  • Be unused
  • Have original packaging
  • Have no scratches or damaged soles

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

What is the return time limit?

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returns after 14 days are accepted only at the discretion of The Leather Dudes & Co.

Can I return items purchased on sale or clearance?

No. Products purchased during sale events or from the clearance section are not eligible for refunds, only exchanges.

Can I exchange my shoes if the size or style doesn’t fit?

Yes. If the size or style doesn’t work for you, we offer easy exchanges.

Can worn or damaged shoes be exchanged?

No. Shoes showing permanent damage or signs of use (scratches, worn soles, etc.) are not eligible for exchange. Products must be in re-saleable condition.
