RETURNS & REFUND

To request a refund, please call us at 0331-7975444 or email us at contact@tldco.pk with your order number and courier the product back to us. Your purchase amount will refunded/deposited to your bank account within 48-72 hrs after receiving the shoes back at our store.

NOTE: Please note that custom made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.

NOTE: Please note that shoes returned to us without original packaging or with scratched or damaged soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Therefore, we encourage our customers to keep the original packaging for use in possibility of a return/exchange situation.

Any returns received outside the 14 days are accepted only at the discretion of The Leather Dudes & Co.

Products purchased during sale events or clearance section are only eligible for exchanges.
