The Leather Dudes & Co. (TLD & Co.)

By placing an order on the TLD & Co. website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Products

  • All shoes are custom-made in Pakistan according to the customer’s selected size, color, leather, and d esign.
  • As products are handmade, minor variations in color or texture are natural and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Customization

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct size and customization details.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
  • TLD & Co. is not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect size information provided by the customer.

3. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Half payment is required at the time of order placement.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After payment, an order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers should review the details immediately and contact us if there is any error.

5. Production Time

  • Customized shoes take 3–5 working days to manufacture.
  • Production time may vary depending on design complexity or workload.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery time depends on the customer’s location within Pakistan.
  • TLD & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • No returns or refunds are offered on customized orders.
  • If you receive a wrong or defective product, please report it within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • Approved cases may be resolved through repair or replacement only.

8. Product Care

  • Leather requires proper care. Damage caused by water, rough use, or poor maintenance is not our responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content belong to The Leather Dudes & Co.
  • Copying or using our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

  • TLD & Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
